Q1. How do I get more information about your courses?

Please contact us about any of the courses you are interested in, either from those we mention on the site or any that you might like to have customized for your needs.

We offer courses to individuals and groups/institutions. We often create new courses for customers, so please keep checking back with us.

Q2. How do I buy courses?

You may buy courses by credit card, through PayPal, or by wire transfer at a bank.

To pay by credit card or PayPal, just click the “Buy now” option. You’ll be asked to sign up for an account with us first, then make your purchase via credit card or PayPal, and as soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your purchased course or courses.

To pay by wire transfer at a bank, please contact us and we’ll give you details to make the transfer.

Q3. When do I get my study certificates?

You can download a “Certificate of Study Completion” from your “My Progress” page when you pass each study unit (70% pass rate). You can access all of your certificates at any time during the valid study period. Please be sure to download them before your course or program expires.

Q4. How long can I study for?

Each course is available for different time periods, as described for each course. You must complete all study units and download all resources you want within that period.

Q5. How do I sign up for the newsletter?

To receive our monthly newsletter, just click on the Newsletter banner in the right sidebar or sign up here. Our featured articles give tips and sometimes Word templates to help you save time when writing high-quality documents and avoid problematic situations.

For example, how to:

Avoid submitting to predatory journals
Write effective response letters to journals (with tips and a template letter included)
Give effective conference presentations
Write naturally in English

You can unsubscribe any time. We will never spam you (we also hate getting our inbox filled with emails!) and we will never pass on or sell your information.
